I have had 3 lots of treatment this year with Anca. Each time she explained to me what she was doing and made sure that I wasn't in pain. From the time I walked through the door I found everyone very polite and helpful.

I have been going to this dental practice for twenty plus years.over that time I have had various treatments carried out all have been done by a very warm and friendly dentist.i can say the same for the rest of the staff that work in the practice.a very friendly and warm environment

It's not often that someone can say that they like or are not nervous of visiting the dentist.
However, in the instance of My Dentist in Shepton Mallet, particularly under the professional guidance of Jeff, I can honestly say that it is the very best dentist experience that I have ever had.
The service is polite, super quick, yet attentive, relatively painless and overall a shoulder dropping encounter, as opposed to that which might make one's teeth curl, where a person might find themselves wanting to cling to the ceiling for dear life.
Overall Superb. 10/10 Well done to everybody at the Shepton Mallet practice.

A HUGE shout out to My Dentist in Shepton Mallet Somerset.
Thank you to my dentist and his lovely assistant for all they did, for me while in their surgery.
I had to have an emergency appointment, to remove a loose molar, that was causing me extreme pain. They were both very professional and ever so kind to me, and showing understanding in my nervousness. I was told exactly what my treatment would entail, and this helped alleviate the distress I was feeling .
Thank You!!...I really appreciate all you did for me. Your genuine care, and thoughtfulness touched my heart .

Every aspect was a joy - all the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were so calm and encouraging with my children - I know they will be happy to go back for our next check up. I was very impressed and pleased.

I have used this practice for several years and found them to be very efficient and best of all sympathetic to dental needs when you are you a person who doesn't particularly like going. I have found that the dentists there explained procedure as well and the dislike I had a dental surgery as diminished significantly because of this practice.
Since I wrote the above I have had further visits and the surgery is still fully recommended.

Although it was only a phone call from the dentist to discuss treatment needed I was very impressed. The dentist was patient with me as I described my symptoms and took her time in going through the current change in procedure due to the Covid crisis. The call put my worries to rest and gave me enormous confidence in the practice.

The team at Shepton are always very friendly and helpful. They went through a spell with a high turnover of staff but have settled into a period of stability, My wife and I have used the practice since they to it over and have been treated by quite a number of dentists and they all been great. Our current dentist Kirren is a brilliant dentist with the most up to date knowledge and using the latest tec. Visiting the dentist today is a good experience compared with our early life when the dentist used a foot peddled drill and no anesthetiser. We are pleased to be with my dentist.

I came here for a one-off emergency appointment via the dental helpline, and it was one of the nicest dental experiences I've had. I was actually seen right on time, the reception staff were friendly, efficient and down to earth, and the dentist was very friendly, positive, gentle and competent alongside his smiling assistant. I actually left feeling optimistic and soothed for a change. Would be happy to sign up to this practice long-term.

I move to this dentist's after very poor treatment from one in another town. I have always had brilliant treatment with this surgery and latterly I have been seeing Karim Champsi who is the best dentist I have ever had. He discusses my treatment with me and listens to my opinion on what I want. He is very gentle and understanding if you are nervous. The reception staff are friendly and professional and do all they can to accommodate your dental needs.

I was extremely grateful to both the reception and dental staff for squeezing my elderly mum in today after she had been suffering from toothache for a few days. They went above and beyond all my expectations and I can't thank them enough. One extraction later and mum is now pain free. Excellent service from start to finish.

I have been attending this practice for several years now. It is extremely well run and my dentist, Mrs Susan Williams, is pleasant, efficient, painless and her clinical judgement is spot on. I can't see how things could be any better. Obviously I can't speak for the other dentists but I would expect them to be of a similar standard. They take National Health patients, which is more than can be said for many other dental practices and is a big bonus.
