Very poor service, not for the second time. Table's not cleared or cleaned. Had to move them myself. Cup's were absolutely filthy. Floor was so dirty. I understand that you have staffing issues but still. Complete lack of food, even if wanted some, not that I did as wouldn't want to eat in there under those conditions. Couldn't wait to get out of there quick enough.

It's not super fast, it's not gourmet but the staff are always friendly, it's decent enough food and dogs are made welcome which is why we choose it week after week. Only sad thing is selfish people without dogs sit on the dog friendly tables. Maybe big signs with please do not sit here if you don't have a dog would work!

Friendly staff. Unfortunately the plants are expensive and I didnt find everything I was looking for, not many plant pots, and no saucers for the orchid pots (sorry I left 2 stars yesterday, it wasn't on purpose, it was the phone)

Visited today decided to have lunch toasted sandwiches, by the time we had paid after waiting for one person on the till and making drinks as well the food was cold. Not the staff fault this happens in most places now we all don't want drinks with our food. And we don't all want to pay good money for cold food .

Popped in looking for some plants for our revamped patio and came away with six good plants. Also had lunch while we were there.

Wow! Went in with not a clue what I wanted nor needed….didn’t have a clue how to plant a seed or what soil to use. Julie was a STAR! Julie was approachable, kind, didn’t make me feel stupid in the slightest, she took the time to explain why I needed a certain soil for a certain point in a plants life. She was just brilliant. Thank you very much! I will be back for more plant advice from Julie😃

We had a lovely afternoon tea to celebrate my Mother's 90th birthday. The staff had made a real effort to make the table look nice. The sandwiches were fresh and the little cakes delicious.
The only negative is that you cannot use a voucher when you book online. Staff were very apologetic about this.

Stayed overnight nearby. Came here for breakfast. Way better than our one in Milton Keynes. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the hot drinks were hot, ours back home are always not hot enough. Fantastic service by the staff serving and everywhere clean and tidy. Best Dobbies we've been to.

A well laid out garden centre with an excellent cafe inside. Not the place to look for a cheap bargain, but all of the goods are top quality and therefore do not disappoint when taken back home. There is ample parking available outside and as the whole area is on one level suitable for wheelchair users.

Great Garden Centre with a good range of plants, seeds and garden related products. Visiting at the end of December so not many plants ready which is to be expected.
They have a really good cafe serving hot and cold food, very helpful staff. My only complaint is that there is nowhere to leave your empty cups and plates, a rack would be good as very often the tables have not been cleared from the previous customer, it’s a small complaint but easily fixed and did not cause a problem this visit.
