Food and service excellent, even on a very busy Sunday lunchtime. Friendly staff, working hard and efficiently. We had a large cod and chips with mushy peas and ate in. Great atmosphere created by the orders for take away being communicated to staff verbally in the visible kitchen area.

Can't beat a chip shop at the seaside the food here was delicious eat in (seating for about 20 people) or take away good choice on the menu with the price being about the norm these days
My daughter and I both opted for sausage(not from the butchers unfortunately) and chips mine with a most excellent curry sauce thourghly enjoyed it quick service too

Really friendly service, well-behaved dogs welcome. Huge portions, and the lady divided our chips for us. Bless her. You can dine in, or you can take it to sit on the front and eat them. Fantastic.

We called for fish and chips. It was excellent!
The fish in particular was cooked to perfection, and it was really good value.
Very highly recommended, we will certainly eat there when next in Sheringham.

Been there before last year and it was great food. Very friendly service with a smile. This time we all had fish and chips with curry sauce and hubby also had mushy peas. The quality of the food was amazing 👏. The chips were tasty and the fish lovely and juicy with a light batter. I announced it was the best fish and chips I had all year and the owner was very pleased. Yet again it is a dog friendly place. We only ever travel with our four legged friend. Can definitely recommend.

Quite easily the best fish and chips I've had for a long time. The portion sizes are big even for kids so if you don't eat much you can share. Staff were brilliant.

Quite an old school styled cafe on the High Street. 6 tables inside, but the sea front is only a short walk away for view to enjoy. Cooked to order when I was there. The chips were OK, not much flavour which is surprising, and the malt vinegar seemed watered down (truly a shame) but the fish, which was cod, was perfect. Lovely light batter, non greasy, and cooked spot on. The cod flaked as it should and full of flavour. It was recommended to me to check out and overall I'm glad I went.

One of the only chip shops open when we went, and very glad it was.
Excellent chips, lovely batter and very friendly staff.
Would highly recommend and will definitely go back next time.
