My family had a delightful lunch first day of our cotswolds trip. Everything was delicious and the pub had good vibes. Very happy with the kids menu and overall portion too.

The meals were really delicious and good value for money. We had the chicken, leek and mushroom pie and the lamb ragu taggliatelle. The chocolate mousse was truly decadent. The wait staff were very polite and friendly.

Came here for work... This is an lovely venue, the food looked very inviting coming out of the kitchen.. Jason and the lady serving (sorry didn't catch her name) were very accommodating and was being very attentive to all the customers. The photos show a beautifully and tastefully decorated village pub with ample indoor and outdoor seating They are now doing pizzas from a pizza oven on certain nights of the week... Easy in and take away. Looks like this stunning little pub has a lot of heart with the local community a lot of local people were dining by the time I left so that's always a good sign... 🤗

Went for lunch and supper , trio of ladies. Good , friendly service, efficient warm welcome. Lunch had soup of the day, red onion sweeter than traditional brown version . Light yet filling, enjoyed the taste. Supper had the steak and kidney pie, accompanied with baby potatoes, sweet cabbage, Dede/carrot and broccoli. All the food cooked to perfection , pie was perfect size tasty great gravy. Again the service friendly, warm and efficient. Staff remembered us from lunch and our drink preferences. Pub old quaint but modern , well worth the visit and would return .

Me and a friend travelled from Birmingham to the cotswolds for a weekend break and were recommended the rattlebone inn for dinner on our first night there, and it was DELICIOUS! Beautiful homemade pies and the drinks were good too! Sat in front of a log fire. We even booked in for their Sunday lunch before we went back home. When we visit again we will make sure to stop off here again! We still talk about the food all the time now! Beautiful pub, delicious food and lovely staff and atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more!

Yet again we had a splendid lunch and an enjoyable visit. The Rattlebone staff are very attentive, the food is excellent (possibly the best pub food in the area) and the pub itself is very pleasant inside. The baked Camembert (a starter for two) was served with a nice selection of breads, pickles and salad. We both followed with the partridge (from the specials board) which was nicely cooked and served with a generous helping of perfectly cooked vegetables. The Butcombe on draught was good. We will be back. Sherston itself is a pretty village with several nice walks in the surrounding countryside.

(Before lockdown)Excellent! Every time we've been it has been top draw, couldn't fault food, service or drinks. Would highly recommend going, would advice to book if visiting for food. Staff and restaurant really good. Can't rate the food enough, would recommend paying that little bit extra to come here. You do need to park in the high street but there is always spaces and definitely worth a visit
