This is a compact establishment that is based on one floor, which means it's not necessarily the best place for large groups. However, it's extremely welcoming and there is a fantastic selection of beers on offer. I took a friend here who described it as his new favourite pub! It's the sort of place that does that to you!

An amazing Pub in the heart of Shipley, great beer, food and atmosphere. With live music, quizzes and 'beespoke' ale from the in house micro brewery created by Chris, it's definitely worth a visit!

What a superb pub this is - packed with character, a wide range of tasty beer (we had a hazy pale ale). Recommended if you are after something delicious after a long day out in the countryside.

Surprised i didn't review the pub already, but it's a classic micro/ale house that is old enough to pay homage to Belgian and German brewers not just craft. Homebrews from wit to Lambic, proper Yorkshire attitude with good craic and good hospitality from Thursday nibbles to open mic and the quiz. Lovely decorations that give the place and identity. Found The Fox via the internet and thought it worth a visit whilst passing through Shipley. A quirky little place, an old shop by the looks of it. A homely place I would imagine and I had a most enjoyable pint of stout, so can't complain.
