Really good service food excellent the whole place is brilliant definitely going back again
Visited Sunday for lunch, last minute decision. Plenty of empty tables.
We had beef and chicken lunches with roast potatoes, carrot mash, green vegetables. Lunch was delicious and faultless, we had fast service, and the food was piping hot, which is amazing. Will definitely go again. It's a bit more expensive at £19.00 each, but was so worth it.
The only thing I'm not too keen on in mortons is the atmosphere, tables are wooden and floors, making it seem less cosy and more canteen, maybe a few booths or something to add to the atmosphere might help.
Great food, great atmosphere and really friendly staff.
We went as a group of 6 adults and 6 children which was big ask. We were accommodated and looked after the whole time with the kids being prioritised on food as requested.

We visit often and normally select a fish dish off the Specials menu which is always good. On Saturday I just fancied a steak instead. The steak came sliced on a bed of mushrooms with green salad and parmesan shavings. It was absolutely delicious similar but better than Tagliata the famous Italian sliced steak dish. This was completely unexpected!!
I have been here a couple of times but not for food. How lucky was I this time. Sat where we wanted (in the shade on a hot day). Ordered drinks. Service was really good and prompt and with a smile too. Food was really good. Would definitely come again. Such a nice place. Not too busy really comfortable place to be. Will visit again.
The waitresss was excellent!!
She was very cheery and helpful with our two young children.
Came here the other weekend on the Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning. Not many options in Dickens Heath, but Morton's is a nice little spot. Nice big outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice, a restaurant area inside and the bar. The Friday night had a good atmosphere, and the breakfasts on the morning was also good. Effectively created my own from the menu, but very tasty - and the sausages were particularly excellent. The service can be a little slow; was waiting half an hour one of our visits to get the waiting staff to clear the table and bring the bill. Other than that, very good.
Walked around to Morton's for a quick lunch. The was a good selection of drinks which were tasty if not a little expensive. Service at the bar was quick and friendly. Sat down to order food, there was a wide selection and the staff were more than happy to accommodate by changing a dish slightly to make it lactose free. The food itself was very tasty and good value for money l.
Such a lovely and quaint place. I had the Nachos but also had the wings before. Excellent food and drinks.
Not the quickest service (our bar drinks arrived before the water which was ordered 15/20 minutes earlier). Meal took about 30 minutes although our waitress did come to apologise for the delay. Food was awesome when it did arrive.
