I been pepe’s today and i ordered my lunch as rice and chicken box and when i get my food than i trying and see my rice was freezing cold. To be honest food quality was to bed .but the manager was good person
Very disappointed with my visit. The fries were uncooked and tasted terrible. On top of that, the staff didn’t bother to clean the tables after customers left there was even leftover rice still on the table. Really poor hygiene and service.
Avoid! If you’re going to order a Pepes order from the Solihull or Kings Heath store.
