Best fish and chips I’ve had in UK for a long time and a reasonable price. Went for the 4no cod gojons which turned out to be 4no mini fish which was great for sharing. I hate to say it but they were even better than back home on the Yorkshire coast where Whitby fish & Chips are renowned.

Lovely tasty fish & chips, large portions but delicious. Clean and welcoming shop on the parade served by friendly, helpful staff. Can be busy on sunny days, so may be a wait for food.

An outstanding chippy. I’m glad I ordered a medium cod as the portions are large. Just for lunch I would have been happy to share it with the Mrs. We couldn’t even eat the single portion of chips between us! The fish was perfectly cooked, chunky and flaky. The batter was the best I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely go again, highly recommended. 👍

Took a large youth group here recently and they were superb! Placed and order for around 50 people and can't praise the team and staff enough. Reliable, food was on time and service was fantastic - boxed up and ready to go for us without skimping on the quality. Small touches like a lemon wedge with the fish or dips with chicken strips were outstanding too. Will definitely be coming back here for out end of term event. Thanks once again!

Great fish and chips made to order. Do you do have to wait it it's worth it. Gets busy in nice weather being near to the beach and because they do great fish and chips!
