One of the friendliest pubs of our trip to the area. Small bar with a friendly Landlord and chatty locals at the bar. We popped in for a half an ale and ended up staying for a couple. All cask beer in good condition.

The most amazing shared Sunday lunch brought out on a platter and the biggest Yorkies in Sussex.

It's all about good beers, excellent service, great conversations... Our hosts are witty, knowledgeable and know the meaning of full measures. Couldn't be bettered, absolutely exemplary!

Great micro pub run by a lovely couple.
Nicely curated gravity driven cask beer, although there is a 2 line keg as well …

Great low key pub with interesting drinks on tap. God tier ciders. You can take away pints in fresh milk bottles which is an amazing idea.
