The service was amazing and really enjoyed the saxophone. Had planned to have brunch but then decided on fish dishes which were exquisite. The waitress was really friendly and made us feel at home and looked after. Top marks
Went here on a Saturday night for my mums birthday and its was very good. Service was exceptional with just the right amount of humour. The food was excellent too. I had the ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Definitely one of the nicer places to eat in Shrewsbury.
Food was wonderful and service was good. We attended with a large group and were all served together. Would definitely recommend dining here.
Popped in for lunch in town and it took us a little longer than expected ... But with good quality food and friendly service we had a good time! It's position on the square is excellent and if you have a window seat it is great to watch the world happening in the vibrant square. For me, the portion size of the main meal was a little small and slow service meant we were there longer than we thought. But for those wanting a leisurely lunch in a great location with quality food, you can't go wrong!
Called in for lunch. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Lovely surroundings and, luckily not too crowded .
Ordered off the main menu though there was the ' fixed price" menu and their specialties menu to chose from.
French onion soup and chicken Breton ordered and calimari and butter nut squash .
Both delicious and we gave it 10/10 for taste, presentation and ambiance.
Well done to the Staff for their attention to detail.
We will visit the Manchester city centre restaurant next week and if they can match or exceed our expectations, it'll be our new "Favourite place" to have lunch or Dinner.
Impromptu visit here with my Daughter for breakfast. Lovely welcome, seated straight away but the food was fantastic and excellent value. If we visit Shrewsbury again we’ll definitely be back. Thank you 😊
Outstanding meal in a lovely atmosphere with live saxophone player. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Every meal was outstanding. I particularly recommend the beef bourguignon. The fish stew and burger were really great. Don' t miss visiting here. It's a really special restaurant.

Well-appointed restaurant. I sat opposite The Square. Staff friendly, food was well presented and tasty.
My girlfriend and I booked a table to celebrate her passing an important test, and Côte Shrewsbury did not disappoint!
The staff were lovely; Ariana, in particular, was exceptionally warm and welcoming—even when I accidentally spilt my drink!
The lighting was warm and romantic. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious.
Overall, I would highly recommend Côte Shrewsbury!

Very pleasant, decent reasonably priced fixed lunchtime menu. Fairly quiet around 12.30pm and then became increasingly busy around the 1.00pm which caused a slowing of the service. The staff were very friendly.
