A very nice pub with good food and a warm welcome. I was most impressed with the amount of food available. As a large group of hungry walkers, although we pre-booked, we found the staff very accommodating and the food excellent. We will definitely be returning next year - a great place to eat and relax after walking Stiperstones.

Stayed at the campsite and walked there in a couple of minutes. Broad menu with everything you would expect and then lovely specials as well. Very generous portions, excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Had the lamb shank and cod - both beautiful! Would definitely go back!

My husband had a Steak & Stilton pie. I had Chicken leek & Stilton sauce and my son had Lasagne. All beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Will be back again soon. Highly recommended.

Visited the campsite behind the pub and thought after the drive and setting up we’d go for a spot of lunch. We were warmly welcomed quickly served drinks and we found a table outside under shelter witch was nice for us and the kids as it was a hot day. Food was ordered and served in good time no one

Been here 3 times in a month! Pub very clean, food exceptionall, and ellie was very professional under pressure today. Very chatty And the two girls Mel and maia worked wonders to help her

Good food, friendly staff, great atmosphere

Absolutely amazing food I had the boneless lamb chops with minted gravy and my partner had the slow cooked beef steak and both meals were incredible, lovely staff and great service 10/10 would recommend
