On holiday and happened to be the only chippy in Shrewsbury that was open on a Sunday, ordered on line and went to collect. I was expecting it to be ready but was not, wasn't a big deal as it was worth waiting for chips were fantastic.

Been coming here for years for our family. Always friendly staff - never had a faulty order. They've even brought our order out to the car on occasions when we've been waiting. Highly recommend this trusted local chippy!

Love this chippy the staff are brilliant and their kebab is naan is by far the best, they are very generous with their portion sizes and whenever you go in they always make a point of saying hello and asking how you are even when they really busy which is most of the time

We popped in to the whiteCroft chippy for fish and chips on recommendations.
The food was so nice we went back tonight to try the donna barm, was only going to eat half as it was larger than I expected, but the taste was so nice I ate the lot and so did my wife. Will definitely be going back

Can't fault the service & the quality of the food is top notch. If you're new to the area I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed

This isn't my local chippy but I will drive 15 mins for a kebab here.
I have also had through Uber eats and it's been equally as good.
I always have chicken meat with either chips or in a pitta bread. The meat is always fresh and the salad is too.
Cash only is not a problem as there is a cash point a few stores down.
Staff are always polite even when they are super busy which is most of the time.
You may have a wait time due to the high demand here but it's worth it. Proper classic chippy.
