I ordered a large pan pizza for 8.99.
I'm a long time pizza hut fan, and pizza hut has been going down hill for years. But this pizza reminded me of the good old days. The base was so oily it was basically deep-fried, it reguvinated the taste of the pizza. The cheese stretch was there too. I was able to swap a topping at no extra cost which is great because toppings are so expensive I can rarely get what I want.

Excellent! I have already posted a Google review as recommended by the pizza hut telephone operator at ditherigton road, Shrewsbury, who was also very friendly and helpful, praising the delivery driver 'saul' who's name I was given and the overall positive experience. I will no longer order from any other pizza company other than this one for numerous reasons including being charged twice at different amounts for an unwanted order the next day, plus a non existent customer care line to resolve the issue.
I would fully recommend pizza hut at this branch, I have also had a very positive dine- in experience with friends at the branch in the moele brace retail park.

Completely mucked up my internet order so I called the store to explain they were great about it and remade the pizza's I was supposed to have ordered really helpful and extremely quick with the delivery.

Fantastic service I know it's a franchise but the young people answering the phones are so polite and helpful unfortunately one of our pizzas was wrong but literally 30 second phone call and they replaced it within 20 minutes no questions asked thanks for going above and Beyond

I did not want the free garlic bread so they kindly offered me something different in its place. Ordered in store and 12 minutes later it was ready to take away. Good service.
