Chick-fil-a

I went to Chick-fil-A and let me just say I have been going here forever and I haven’t had any problems with this place! However today was horrible. I found bugs and hair in my food. It was black hair in the chicken sandwich and bugs in the fries. I have never been so disappointed in such a place. Please check ur food before eating. I wish I did before eating!

Very nice chic fil a, new setup is much better than previous to allow for a better drive through. I did see a man try to go through in a golf cart labeled “this is a car” and the employees pulled him out of it when he refused to leave, tied a brick to the gas pedal and launched it into the intersection while telling the man they were sorry but it was corporate policy. I don’t blame them the guy had trash music blaring out of his speakers (big Sean’s sophomore album “hall of fame” super mid). When I got inside I tried to order at the counter but when I finished the employee asked me if I wanted any sauce, I didn’t hear her so well so I said “huh?” And then she just kept on repeating “huh? huh? Huh?” while opening and closing her hands in front of my face until i asked for some sauce. After I got my order she said “now skiddadle lil goofy ah boy” while waving me on. When I looked in my bag it was just a little note with the message “look up” then I looked up and it was the employee from before throwing sauce directly at me (NOT the sauce I asked for I think it was their least popular one because they had extra). The meal was very good though I had a burger on brioche (I think there’s a national chicken shortage so they are diversifying their menu) and it was very tastefully made. Clean dining room, nice staff.

Of course the food is good....but thats where it ends. Since the re-opening, they just cant get the orders right at the drive thru. Its just wrong, that for the last 3 visits, employees arent even looking to check the order. Its like they just throw something in the bag and send you on your way. I Cant be the only person that this is happening to. The owner goes on FB and preaches how great his employees are, but I'm just not seeing it. I Cant wait for Rofo to open across the street. Sorry about the bad review, but you earned it..

The staff here are quick, friendly, and are trained very well. The establishment is clean and tidy from the outside, and they've recently expanded their drive thru to accommodate the increased traffic of their drive thru customers. The food always comes out hot, and my order has never been given to me incorrectly. The only nitpick I have is I wish their parking lot was slightly larger, as even with the expansion to the drive thru area, it still gets crowded very quickly during certain times of the day and the line will curl outside of their parking lot into the nearby road.
