I found Alisha to be very helpful, I ordered my son a birthday cake a day before his birthday, Alisha made it happen. The service was fantastic and to top it of, the birthday cake was delicious. I will definitely order my next birthday cake from Ayer Sidcup.

I ordered a 40th Birthday cake for my son 3 days before the Birthday and J Ayre still took my order and produced a wonderful chocolate cake with a design of Harlequins colours and Rugby balls on top. Everyone loved this gorgeous moist chocolate cake that was the best we ever tasted Thank you so very much J Ayre. X

Bought a couple of cup cakes and square cakes with 100's and thousands on them, my granddaughter absolutely loved them. Highly recommended, staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Large variety and exceptionally clean

Needed a customised 1st birthday cake at short notice. Got a nicely decorated and ribbonned cake that was nice and light and tasted delicious.

Absolutely lovely filled rolls, and the rest that's there on offer is second to none. You should try it all. It's all well worth the money.

Wonderful bread cakes & pastries. Please train your younger staff better & get them to put a smile on their face. Nothing worse than being served by a stroppy teen who really does'nt want to be there. Thank heavens for the more experienced ladies & their customer service. The 3 star is because of the abysmal service by a younger employee.

Great bakery and great staff. During Covid they are taking sensible and safe measures while still running a great service. Multi seed loaf is a winner as is the cheese and onion slice.

I bought a custom-made chocolate birthday cake from here and it was absolutely delicious. The staff are really friendly and clearly care about their cake designs. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted and carried out the design perfectly. My friend also had a birthday cake made here a few weeks ago and that was just as good. Their doughnuts are also really yummy. There's often a queue of people out of the door of the bakery which is testament to the quality of their food.
