Finally under new management
Breakfast no longer available here.
Unfortunately expecting wait time for food orders goes over 1h very easily recently.
Back open and back to its best!!
Stylish refurbishment which quite easily makes it the best pub in the area.
Tv's are everywhere ! 3 in the garden and 1 in the new smoking area.
Toilet locations have changed and look amazing compared to before.
Also a number of new advents though out the week.
Menus the same with some great deals! and staff are still the same excellent bar crew and amazing kitchen team, with a couple of new editions!
We have lost the Stella and Amstel though and prices have increased but I'm sure we can all handle that to have such a lovely local pub again.

22 October 23 An amazing afternoon for my hubby Big Alan 50th birthday xx we had the whole back sports area with dartboard! It was amazing! Matt the manager was so helpful and Bev was an amazing waitress! We preordered our food and the team were so flexible with requirements! Brilliant team made a very special day! Food was amazing and great value/ if you are planning a party or simple meal! Amazing place amazing staff xx

First visit to the Jolly Fennman. Staff were very friendly, Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. The refurbishment is to a high standard. Wish it was still summertime, the outside area is very impressive.

We went here for the first time this evening with my 2 children and husband,my daughter is autistic so she finds very uncomfortable when there is too many people around.I booked a table and was given a choice on where we wanted to sit to make my daughter comfortable.the food, service and staff was amazing. Could not fault anything and will definitely be back again. Thank you so much

Popped in for an early dinner had a starter and then onto the hunters chicken. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious along with the presentation of the hunters chicken. Very impressed.

Great food for an affordable price, Chicken Mix- Boneless Chicken Wings, Chicken Strips, Chips, Piri Piri Sauce and Mac 'n' Cheese. All of the chicken was amazing Chips were cooked well, Mac 'n' Cheese was delicious alongside the Peri Peri sauce

Went for a second time, and the atmosphere was buzzing on a friday night, which I was pleased to see. However, we booked a table for a family birthday. Waited an hour after ordering, but cooking still hadn't been started. We got our money back and left.
There seemed to be lots of young staff, but it seemed like there wasn't an actual chef on site judging by some of their reactions.
Shame.

Went as a family (last minute decision), all staff were very accomadating, special shout out to Emily who was excellent. The only downside was not everything on the menu was available but we were offered good alternatives. Will go again.

We have had a few great meals since we have been visiting, but the last two times, not so much. I have noticed that one certain lady was not there the last two times we visited. Maybe that had an affect . Still a great place to go lunchtime. But i hope they just get that fantastic quality of food back to its best
