I go in there 2 or 3 times a week. Staff always friendly, lots of good food. Best coffee in Sidcup, at a sensible price. Undergoing a refit at the moment, can’t wait to get back there.
Very rude staff member. Shouting at me through middle of the shop for no reason… I left without buying anything… second time this happened in Greggs shop, I think I’ll stop going there all together.

Always seems to have most things available. Food is generally hot which is not always the case for Greggs.
Can be busy at lunch times and mornings but I see that as a good sign.
Staff are always quick and friendly.
Went to Greggs 4:45pm on Saturday to get some vegan sausage rolls, there was not enough rolls and despite the shop was almost closing, the member of staff, Bemmy did not hesitate to kindly prepared some fresh ones for us! Her friendliness and professionalism provided us an excellent customer service experience - she is the best!
