My wife bought me probably the best brie I've ever had this morning. Going back tomorrow to get some more as I've eaten it. Baron Bigod, proper un pasteurised brie unlike the tasteless stuff from the supermarkets. She loved the shop and described it as an Aladdin's cave of goodness.

I phoned up for a little box of birthday goodies for a friend who lives in the town. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. We eventually decided on 4 cheeses, a jar of chutney and some crackers and I left it to her judgement as regards the selection. Our friend said it was the perfect gift. Thank you so much.

Lovely little shop selling a wide range of local & further afield cheeses. They offer a good selection of home baked pasties and pies. They also do a selection of homemade filled sandwiches although sadly the range isn't a varied as it used to be. I visit every year when on holiday in the area and the staff are always great; they even recognise me too!

2nd to none this wonderful shop ! The lovely lady that owns the shop has a real passion for the goods she sells. A large selection of fresh top quality cheeses and other deli products.

Aladdin's cave of foodie treats, as well as lovely food, drink and condiments souvenirs from the area. The owner also makes excellent sandwiches to take away. Bought much more than I went in for and it's all great.

Great cheese shop (with a rude - but funny - welcome). Some great cheese. Stinky Bishop anyone? Thoroughly recommend a visit if you're in Sidmouth or thereabouts.

No idea what the negative reviews about the service are about. Very friendly well informed service. Told them that we were travelling and they volunteered to give us a free ice pack. Very good selection of cheeses both local and international. Although you'd be mad to go for anything outside of the west country as the cheese is so good.

Fantastic mail order service and terrific choice of cheeses. I highly recommend if you need to send a ‘different’ type present to someone. My daughter has just received a choice of cheeses that I ordered as a surprise. Very helpful and efficient and will definitely use them again

Great shop, amazing variety. Liz is super friendly and very knowledgable, tasted lots of cheeses and ended up buying kilos of 7 different cheeses. Who cared about the cost - great cheese is always worth paying for! Will be ordering online again soon for a delivery. Must try her pies next time as they looked delish.

Received a pack of 6 Devon cheeses from my niece via this company. As I love cheese I have sometimes been dissapointed with local English cheeses not so with these sharp ham cheeses. Thee are excellent.

A great selection of cheeses, both local and those more recognisable, chutneys and biscuits. Also have a small deli selling things such as well-filled pasties, olives, coffee beans and the like.
