Went for Sunday lunch and the food was fab, all freshly prepared, and served very promptly!! Portion sizes were excellent with a generous serving of meat.
Service was mixed as some staff were more friendly than others.

Great pub and proper pub food. Large portions and what we should expect from pubs but seldom do *value for money ". Recommend the Cumberland and enjoy proper food, great service and a really good pint at decent prices 🙂

Food was amazing my 9 year old daughter really enjoyed the kids nugget meal she loved how it was presented to her on a plate. She was really amused because she had the option of chips or alphabet letters

Fantastic little pub. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Music/entertainment was spot on. The food is absolutely cracking - proper English pub grub. Sunday dinner was awesome and all home made by Julie. Don’t know how she keeps up with all the customers wanting to be fed. Can’t wait to come back and see you all again.

I visited the Cumberland Inn for the first time. I had the traditional Cumberland sausage and chips, it was cooked to perfection. The customer service was wonderful. I will be back for more.

We have been here a few times, 4 adults, 3 children & 2 dogs. The food is all home cooked and absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely somewhere I would recommend 100%!!

We were recommended the Cumberland Inn from Green View Guest House in Silloth and what a cracking pub this is. We all had home made steak pie, chips and veg with a couple of pints of Guinness and some home made apple crumble for desert. It was really good, honest pub food with a couple of decent pints to match, just the job, thank you and highly recommended!
