Lisa (manager) was exceptional👏🏽she is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M & S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call. You deserve a 1000 🏅 and an excellent staff award. Whilst visiting your store I'm Sittingbourne this morning I really got into quite and mess if I do say so myself and felt so close to having another breakdown but 1 of your staff members must of seen me so she came over and actually took her time to see if I was ok and if there was anything she could help with she even offered to help me carry my shopping around store then to car , that is the 1st time in any shopping centre where staff have been so helpful , polite and actually made me feel important and not just a number so as far as I'm concerned M&S now have my business and I will make dam sure everyone knows how I was treated and how great your staff are made me feel . Anyway thank you so to the lady who helped me I believe her name was Kerry , also thank you M&S for employing absolute angels you will never know how this today has made me feel 💖

Always get what I've gone for at this M&S. Lovely Lovely, staff. Always willing to help. Even when I've requested a basket then half way round the store, I've needed a trolley. Stay Strong. Stay Safe, M&S. X

Love this well organised small m&s food hall. I am nhs so they offer a protected hour on Fridays and Tuesdays. Staff very kind and helpful. Hygiene of trolleys spot on. Just be careful of short use by dates. Usually has a small cafe too and toilets but closed at moe
