Lisa (manager) was exceptional👏🏽she is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M & S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call.

A small and rather chaotic food hall with limited dry goods. Huge range of wines and good quality beers. Variable speed at checkout. Do not go Saturday afternoons as greeting on and off the retail park is horrible
Always buy sarnies here nice fresh bread too
I especially like getting fresh bread when Alison is on the bakery. She lets you have it fresh from the oven. Nothing like a hot/ warm loaf. Takes me back to my childhood when you were at the local bakery at 6 am. Well done her
Staff is really friendly, give 4* only because of them.From another hand, prices are very high, overwhelming I'd say.It wasn't like that a year ago,for £100 I could buy a lot,nowadays the choice of food is very low,sorry.
Good selection of foodstuffs - no other M&S products. Small café with sandwiches, toasties etc. - not proper meals like you get in some Marks. Nice and clean with plenty of free parking. Helpful staff - with a smile! Like their £10 meal deals!
Always high quality, very tasty food. Reasonably wide range, considering this is one of the smaller outlets, and the restaurant is handy if you're out for longer in the retail park. Overall, expensive but justified by high quality.

Always get what I've gone for at this M&S. Lovely Lovely, staff. Always willing to help. Even when I've requested a basket then half way round the store, I've needed a trolley. Stay Strong. Stay Safe, M&S. X
The shop contains everything you need. There is a wide variety of alcohol, if your a gin lover they have a great selection of different flavours.
The fresh bakery section offers some tasty treats.
Love this well organised small m&s food hall. I am nhs so they offer a protected hour on Fridays and Tuesdays. Staff very kind and helpful. Hygiene of trolleys spot on. Just be careful of short use by dates. Usually has a small cafe too and toilets but closed at moe
