Great food ,portion size was amazing ,service good with friendly staff ,we ate in the cafe ,very busy in the takeaway and cafe but extremely efficient will use again
A great fish and chips. We were visiting Skegness for the first time and this was one of the best Fish and Chips I have had at £6:50 for eat in it is also great value.
A weekend family meet up in Skegness, we visited the Seaview chip shop. Coming from Sheffield, Kent and Essex we all agreed that out fish and chip meals were quite special and for me, I can say it’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I didn’t even know that fish in batter could be so good.
Most definitely the best chippy in & around Skegness by far, must be as we found that most locals use it, I've tried several meals here & all are very tasty & moreish, from fish n chips, scampi, Yorkshire fish cake (to die-for), usual sides plus much more that you'd expect a chippy to have on offer. Always cooked to perfection, chips taste georgious like little toast tates as cooked in beef dripping, the Staff are very friendly - fast service with a smile & always helpful, you can sit in & eat in the cafe or take away home. If not tried I highly recommend you to, I'll garentee you'll be returning with friends & family! 😋
Went to Skegvegas for the day on the 03/08 - I had already earmarked Seaview based on their rating- put simply, the best Fish & Chips I’ve had in an age; plus the added treat of scraps. Cost - Cod & Chips for less than £7.00, a piece of fish on it’s own near home is well in excess of that & the quality is no where near as good either - DELICIOUS!!!
Old fashioned chippy very good service and friendly staff ought to be more like it and not expensive 😀revisited this excellent chippy still old school and excellent the prices are very fair really enjoyed 👍 again 👍
First time in Skegvegas! Tried Seaview on a soggy evening as we didn't want to walk too far from our hotel. It was delightful. Very clean and bright take away with a well spaced out cafe/dining in area. Being from Yorkshire, we ordered the haddock and chips. Arrived freshly cooked and piping hot. Beautiful fish and loads of great tasting chips. At £20 for 3 portions plus a curry sauce, we thought it was really good value for money. If we have the time, we will definitely go back. Plus point - really varied menu, with something for everyone.

Proper Chippy Good selection on their menu Staff very helpful , living in Lincolnshire not many chippys do Yorkshire fishcakes but this one does and they're decent sized.
Fish chips and curry tasted absolutely beautiful had for lunch today fish was cooked to order and piping hot ate them in car outside shop as we had just arrived to Skegness
