I visited M&S food store after having what can only be described as a disaster the day before our wedding, after receiving a cake that looked nothing like what we had in mind. I went to the till with a huge pile of connie’s and colin’s to purchase as a substitute for our cake. The lady on the till found it hilarious, called over her managed and kindly gifted us the large cakes for free.
We could not have been more grateful! ❤️

Can’t fault local M&S. The staff are amazing, without exception. I’ve left my actual shopping/ car keys/ purse. Staff so lovely, helpful, non judgemental, again without exception. You must have a brilliant training/ recruitment scheme. Well done.

Physically can't recommend the store enough. We shop quite regularly at M&S Food Halls and this is by far the best one we've been to, the staff absolutely make the store. And we wouldn't do our weekly shop anywhere else in the area! Fantastic service!

I'm a regular customer at M&S.Visit them on a daily basis to do groceries when I drop off the kids to school. I Would go to the cafe before start work to have a breakfast and coffee but it does not open till 9AM. Absolute shame,as would have more guests in the early hours if it would be open earlier.All 'n all nice shop.

Overcharged £16.50 but didn’t realise till I got home. Only way to sort this out was to go back to the store but I live over 20 miles away. Very cheesed off.

Went in for a visit after staying in a caravan across the road, such a great store with a good layout and great staff. When I entered the store was very clean and fresh with plenty of fresh produce. Walking around the store there was plenty of stock and it appeared to have everything on the shelves. Spent a total of £18 for 3 meals, drinks and some products from the bakery. Free large car park out front also. Will visit again.

Great range of products, and friendly staff. The cafe is great, gets very busy but the quality is very good. Love the staff in here, they make visiting the café a pleasure.
