Neve had a bad experience here, coffee is lush, cakes are to die for especially the toffee cake, and as for the staff - nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend if you're around Tower Gardens
First time visit. Nice enough location and average prices. Let down by customer service. Oreo cake was very dry and tasteless, returned to counter and advised, illicited no apology or offer of refund or exchange, poor response.
Very good service, chickpea mango curry served very hot, well presented and very tasty
Really friendly staff and a delicious range of cakes and drinks (plus more but didn’t try anything else). Sat outside in the sunshine!
Customer service was terrible .. been a few times and it seems as though the staff don’t like doing to much .. every time we have ordered food it’s like we have asked for the world .. and the last time we arrived and asked for food we was refused as they wasn’t doing any ….we won’t be back .
Great find. Food and drinks good value for money . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Everywhere was lovely and clean
