My son had his birthday party at all aboard. I could not fault the whole experience. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. Our host was exceptional, she guided us through the party, she was very good with the children, and so friendly. The food was lovely and very nicely presented. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

We have just celebrated our daughter's birthday at All Aboard and I have to say the whole day was absolutely amazing. We chose a Princess theme and the staff at All Aboard went above and beyond to provide a beautiful setting for our daughter's birthday. The decorations and attention to detail was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and made the birthday girl feel very special. Our host was superb, engaged with my daughter from start to finish. She was great with all of the children, so friendly and engaging and nothing was too much trouble. We opted to have a character at the party (Cinderella) and this made the party even more magical. She was amazing! She engaged with all of the children, even climbing up to the top of the soft play with them! She made my daughter's day and she is still so excited that Cinderella came to her party. I would definitely recommend adding a character if you have a party here. The food was fantastic quality, the homemade chicken goujons, pizzas and sausage rolls were a huge hit as well as all the lovely treats that were provided. There was a great variety of food for the children so everyone was catered for. I have never experienced a group of 3 year olds sitting so nicely for meal time, that says a lot about how good the food was and everything was presented very nicely. I would definitely recommend having your party here. The staff are fantastic and take pride in the service they provide. There is real heart in the place and I feel this really sets it apart from other soft play centres and similar establishments. It shows in the quality of food and drink provided, the service recieved and attention to detail they provide. It supercedes any other soft play centres we have been to by far. Thank you All Aboard for such a fantastic day and the wonderful memories made.

Great place to take toddlers and young children! Very clean and family friendly place without the usual soft play area smell. Lovely cafe and lovely friendly people running it. The actual play area has so much for all children to have a go at. This is not our local soft play centre but we would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to come here as it is 100% a better experience!

I booked my daughters 5th birthday party for end of Jan but due to half the party being poorly we couldn't go & All Aboard were more than accommodating to rearrange for the following Saturday - which was today. Well what can I say, excellent customer service from such lovely, friendly, thorough & attentive staff. Always checking if everything was OK. Always ensuring the party ran to time with food (which was lovely & ample portions & variety for little ones), doing the cake, party bags & ice creams/lollies...it was just an all-round great experience, great party & one happy little girl (along with her pals) for her first "friends from school" birthday party. Yes it was a little on the warm side, but that's what you expect when there's all these little ones running like their lives depend on it 😂 it makes a tremendous amount of body heat. Excellent memories made which we will absolutely cherish! Thank you to all the staff at All Aboard, for your excellent customer service, communication & hardwork! A job well done 😊 x

We love visiting here. We tend to go midweek as its less busy, in the quieter times there is often only one or two other families there. We always find it clean and well maintained with hand sanitizer available on arrival. The ready to eat food such as cakes, chocolate, crisps etc are very reasonable for this type of venue. I haven't eaten off the cafe menu but the food always looks good. The staff are friendly and look after you well. We find it excellent value only costing £5 for one adult and a 3 year old. The local car park is on Station Road opposite the train station and is only £1 for 2 hours. The only reason I score it 4 is I don't think there's a lot there for babies, it would be great if there was a busy board on the wall, or some sensory lights etc.

We've just come back to Lincoln from here. It made for a lovely day out with the children. We took the train and as it is opposite the train station, it is perfectly located. The children loved the play area, we had lunch there and it was lovely (the menu has a lot of items to choose from). There is a baby changing facility and the toilets are clean. The staff are very courteous. We will definitely be back again.

Some of the play equipment not open, but the older kids enjoyed themselves. Not a lot for the youngest (13 months) to do though, there is a separate play area for her but it was pretty much just a padded ladder and a slide. Not too busy though so easy to distance, and the hot chocolates and milkshakes were beautiful!
