It is a nice place to have a steak. There are a couple of reasons why I could not leave 5 stars this time. Firstly, my steak came rare and not medium rare, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. I also expected a better quality cheese on top of the philly steak... creamed spinach was too cheesy for my liking, but I guess this is subjective. I expected more spinach in that spinach. Unfortunately, the music was too loud.. we could not have a normal conversation, which is a pity. Plus, I'm not sure about the disco style :D But I must add that the service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.
Steakout looks nice, a cosy restaurant with welcoming staff and good service decor is ideal and there is play area for young kids nice idea to keep them occupied. Very good food (steaks), everything was as it should be. Other restaurants should send their waiters to study at Steakout. Excellent service everything delicious

The service is always brilliant! We always feel like we are looked after!! Nothing was too much trouble for Danny, she even made a recommendation for another place for us to try.

First time visiting the branch. I have to say, they were serving one of the best steak. Highly recommend.
The service was amazing. Our waitress was Mariam and she was assisted by Dany. They were both amazing, friendly and provided v good service. The were also really patient with my children and made the kids feel special.
Really yummy had a really lovely lunchtime deal on aswell, had excellent service by Dani served us well made sure everything was spot on and that it was.
So definitely recommend and would go back again
Good food. But the place is looking a bit dated now. Needs a refurb and the tables feel sticky even when they have been cleaned. This place has a lot of potential and need investment. The play area for kids is a nice touch. But again all feeling a bit old now.

Food was great as always. But this time also want to give a shout out and show appreciation to the staff for accepting there was a discrepancy in the bill due to how their billing system works and taking initiative to refund the amount separately. Thank you all!
