Visited here tonight as staying at a hotel not far away. Greene King pubs have a NGCI menu which is manageable for me as a silent coeliac. Tonight though, whilst away from home, it just made all the difference to me that as I ordered, the lady being the bar immediately explained to me that NGCI was not the same as Gluten-free and although they'd do their best, they could not guarantee against cross-contamination. It just reassured me to hear that she has that knowledge. And my gammon steak was delicious 🙂

The restaurant is located next to a family estate, the correct address can be found on Google Maps. Parking is located behind the restaurant and is free. The restaurant only occupies a basement floor, there is plenty of seating inside, the atmosphere is cozy, there is a bar, toilets, and a game machine. The restaurant also serves a children's menu and gluten-free dishes.
Clean, smells nice of food. The service was very friendly and served us food efficiently. Our dishes, their portions were huge, fresh vegetables, excellent meat, large portions, desserts, coffee and alcohol were very good. My impressions are very positive and I will definitely come back there for another dinner, coffee or glass of wine. Our family meeting was very successful and the atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable for us. I recommend this place.

Lady serving behind the bar also brought us our food. She was extremely polite and helpful and the food was good for the money. Seating out front of pub and grassy seating area at the back as well. Plenty of seating inside. Will return.

Lovely pub in a nice, quiet, little enclave - great for sitting out. Nice clientele and lovely staff. Zoe's a sweetheart. She has a lovely energy about her and always makes you feel welcome. The food and beer's excellent too. Great place.

What a lovely meal we had 3 diffrent mains and kids meals and puddings all really nice , hot, value for money at its best and plenty to fill us all what a shame we live too far away to call again . Compliments.

Quiet little pub that is proud of its services they provide, the food is very affordable, quick on delivery and the staff are some of the nicest people you will meet.
I ordered the Mac and Cheese which cost me about £7.79, the cheese was fantastic and the sauce was amazing 🤩
Later on I also ordered the blue cheese and bacon burger which is great value for money and was struggling to finish it 😄
Overall this is a great place to stop by for a drink or for a delicious meal
