Desi Deera

What a shame that this amazing restaurant has gone. I was a huge fan. The food was exceptional and had this restaurant been in London, it would have been a smash hit. I feel the price point for their food was too much for their potential customers in Slough and that the freshness of their food (and the long time it took to prepare it properly) wasn't communicated to the customer causing much upset. It's going to be missed.

updated: I'm updating my review because they have improved from the last time i went there. The waiter was friendly we were brought salad, poppadoms and a selection of chutneys which were good. The food has improved a little, but it still little watery from my opinion. I don't like how they are lessening the portions of the food. They need to update their website because the opening times are different. Sometimes the waiter is overwhelmed and raise his voice which would definitely upset people. old review: We were seated by friendly waiter and we were brought salad, which tasted meh not sure if it was fresh, and poppadoms with a selection of chutneys which were good. Food was really watery & oily I was so disappointed because my family members that said "this place is really good." their food were no way near to authentic desi food or have that proper Pakistani taste.. The waiter was all over the place. The place was empty only 3 people were there. The waiter definitely should learn some manners just because in Pakistan you can act that type of way. You cannot do that in the Uk because people would consider that rude.

Got a chance to check out this little gem of a restaurant for a Sunday morning breakfast on the slough high street while visiting from Canada. I couldn't decide if I wanted English style breakfast or Desi so we ordered both. Omelette's were mouth watering and Halwa Puri was made to perfection. Desi style chai added the perfect finish. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and the decor was outstanding. Staff was super courteous and accommodating and heated up my chai for me when i asked them as I like it extra hot. Kuddos to the staff and owners for doing such an amazing job! Definitely a must try and a must go back!!

Went to Desi Deera with the whole family for dinner and loved loved loved it!!! Everything from the decor to the customer service was amazing! The mixed grill was cooked to perfection and my favourite part was the falooda! Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and wanna try some desi fare!!!!!

Visited first time for Desi Breakfast with friends. Impressive ambient and delicious food. Customer service is much appreciated . Little and paid parking is a downfall. Improvement required in order cooking time as Parking run out by the time food arrived on table. Colouring books can be a help to keep the kids setteled. Over all good experience will surely visit again with family.
