Fantastic service.
The team member on till was very helpful. Helped me choose the right food and the food itself was just delicious. best tea in town. Very cheerful girl in hijab just made the entire visit absolutely amazing.

Delicious food as per usual. A nice friendly family place - when compared to the rest of the decaying high street. Lots of small groups and also seating available. Food on par with the rest of the branches. Good customer service

Came to this store with my friend around 8pm and it was clean upon entry and had plenty of seating. Staff at the till was knowledgeable and great customer service skills, offered options and a menu to read from. I placed an order of Rose Coffee and Karak Chai. Both got drink was very nice and I had a good time catching with my friend. This branch has a clean toilet facilities which is used by both gender and is suitable for a wheelchair user.

It was like any other Chaiiwala branch. The setup and decoration is very similar to the Ilford and Green Street branch.
The service was fine as well. It wasn't busy at all when I went on Sunday night. Parking was an issue, as there are many restaurants around and limited parking.
