1st ever time this evening (19/09/23) and Very impressed. The Hostess that showed us to our table was very polite and professional, the young lady that took our order was also very professional and polite and informative.
The female Chef was brilliant and informed us of menu and price changes forthcoming..the food was stunning...and I'm a very fussy eater, but couldn't fault a single thing...I had the Large plate Carvery and only left 1 Roast potato.... got to give the whole experience 100% from start to end...and we will definitely be back...Soon
Lovely meal! Stunning roast potatoes! And our Waitress Sharon was amazing. Always there to replenish drinks and explained the food process perfectly! Recommending the whole family!

Our food was excellent, 1 carvery and mine which was apple pie and ice cream followed immediately by tomato soup. (I'm 70 now and can eat in whatever order I like!🤣)

Excellent service and meal. Food was delicious. Longstanding staff (Wendy and Sharon) were excellent. I find it a good sign when a restaurant can keep its staff.
amazing service from our lovely waitress Sharon, she couldn’t do enough to help us and other tables nearby, even going to get my daughter some more veg whilst I fed my baby. The food was great and the chefs serving were also lovely and friendly too.
To be fair my hubby and myself tried a breakfast magic bag through the app too good to go. Very good value for money and tasty too. Staff were friendly, plenty of parking.
Hard working friendly and welcoming staff. However the IT system needs immediate improvement. I visited with the promise of 50% discount on main meals on an email I received. When I came to pay the Toby Cavery APP wouldn't let me sign in. I tried multiple times to sign in and even reinstalled the app on another phone. Nothing worked. Very disappointed and I would be grateful if someone would contact me regarding this
The staff here were absolutely amazing. We arrived on Saturday night with two tired under 5's after Lego Land. The waitress was amazing in finding us options, she went out of her way to accommodate allergies. The wonderfully friendly chef carried one of our plates for us. Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
The serving staff were friendly, but drinks were on the slow side
There was a long wait for a carver which you need before you can get your food
The food was generally good, but the serving area wasn't looked after well. There were Yorkshire puddings not in their dish and spills from dishes and gravy that needed cleaning.
The building is very shabby looking and isn't what you'd call inviting from the outside
There are two parking areas shared with a small hotel
The food was good, but please be reminded to log your vehicle registration number at the entrance. Just got a ticket for parking there for my breakfast during the bank holiday two weeks ago. Sad. Be warned and be careful folks.
Update: Manager Wendy was so helpful that assisted me in resolving the ticket. I even got a response on a Sunday evening. Appreciate it!
