I had just come back from work and was going to fetch my children from school. I saw this gregs shop and thought I'd grab a coffee and a couple of sweet treats for my little ones. I bought a sprinkle Donut and a cup cake. I asked for them to be put in separated so my children could have a bag each. My coffee was delicious and my children were happy. So I think if there was an award for getting the mother of the day award it would have been because of the sweet treats from Greg's. Thank you for being a the right spot in the junction off the M4. The staff are friendly and were helpful towards my request. Great experience today thank you.

Staff are pleasant enough but it seems that Gregg's In England are happy serving cold savouries even though they should be hot, far too regular occurrence.

It's a nice little store with hard working staff. Customer service is very good. At times busy. There is seating for just 4 people , just 1 table And that if you are lucky. Parking is an issue as it's on major traffic lights. Over all good for quick take away. Prices not cheap anymore with greggs :)

The food quality is great they taste so good even the pastries, baguettes, tea and treats. The staff are always friendly and always make my day when I go there every morning. Thank you Greggs
