We order every year for birthday and always amazing cakes and friendly staff! Today I collected our youngest cake and when we got home and cut it, we realised it was the wrong flavour filling. Not an issue, after a quick call they had a new one waiting in 30 mins! Highly recommended cakes with amazing staff!

I popped into the Farnham Road branch to place my customised cake order. Aisha helped with the order. She carefully listened to all my needs and then placed the order. She was very professional yet friendly. The cake was ready exactly on time as agreed. The finishing, colours, design and packaging was perfect. I highly recommend Cake Box... We had great response by people for cup cakes donated by cake box for Stand up to cancer cake sale today. There benevolent donation made our sale special and people really loved the flavours. I thank them for their tremendous support from Cancer Research UK Windsor.
