Probably the best chippy we've found in the black country, really generous servings, lovely owner (Jaz) and top quality food. On our final day in the area we went in and they weren't serving battered chips. Jaz found out it was our last proper sandwell chippy and put a batch on for us. Just amazing service and quality scran, will be really sad to no longer have it as our local.

Just had a fish supper from here tonight and I have to say finally a none northern none costal chippy that can do fish and chips to a very high standard, the chips where light and fluffy but most importantly the fish was amazing cooked to perfection with a golden light and very crisp batter which was topped of with a beautiful curry sauce. This place has become one of my top chippies in the uk and after 20 years in the Royal Navy I’ve visited a lot 🤣keep up the good work

By far, the best chippy in the area, others are nice, but thimblemill chippy just hits the nail on the head when it comes to food. The staff and owners are welcoming and polite, the shop is clean, and the food is freshly prepared and served perfectly. The chips are always fresh as they sell out all the time. They get involved in different festivities like Christmas Halloween, ect, and the kids love it when they come into the shop. I can't recommend them enough. Get your self Down there and try their cod and chips or Donna meat because you really won't be disappointed!!!!

Great good. Very clean. Amazing customer service. I love how they fry their fish in separate oil to their chicken. For Muslims it’s hard to find trustworthy places who fry their fish in separate oil to the chicken with isn’t halal, but these guys do. A lot of Great RESPECT 🫡 and love. My number one chippy. I have many local to me but I prefer to drive to these guys because they’re so trust worthy.
