Dog friendly, lovely staff. In the winter there is an open fire. Staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. Excellent selection of gins.

Friends and I stayed at the apartment above the red lion recently and ventured downstairs for an evening. (Apartment was great but unconnected to the pub).
The service, food and overall experience was excellent. It was a surprise as this place was a hidden gem which we found without recommendation and pure coincidence.
I could not speak highly enough of the staff, and though I do not live nearby, will be sure to visit if I am in the area.

We held an reception in The Red Lion's beautiful coach house and Lucy, Donna and the team were absolutely fantastic!
Every guest said how amazing the food was and staff and they helped make our day truly magical!
We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this fantastic venue.
