Food is tasty and and reasonably priced. The staff and service as a whole is wonderful, they're always there to help and are very friendly. The layout of the restaurant also makes for a cosy place to have a meal. Will return.

We visited on the 21/10/23 and had our anniversary meal here. All of the staff were fabulous, seated quickly, orders taken swiftly and very very nice food. Really great service from the staff who went above n beyond to ensure we had a nice evening. Even with a large group of 25 the food was out quickly n piping hot.

Lovely food, service was friendly but lack of many items. This was a Saturday evening and they had run out of many things, i asked if it was today they had run out but the waitress confirmed it had been " a few days". Toilets and general decor looking very tired and dusty.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, food was great. We arrived later than we had planned and was just before they were due to close, but they happily seated us and the man on front of house was brilliant, couldn't have done more to make our meal a great experience.

Nice lunch on a weekend. Busy but quiet. Pasta crisps on the house before the nibbles with dips came, was nice. Main course was nice too. Further away from other Solihull restaurants. But close to bus stops and car parks.

Molly is not only a fantastic host and server but also ALWAYS makes myself and my partner feel extremely welcome at Zizzi’s in Solihull. She is truly a credit to your company. We have been regular customers for a significant amount of time, in which we’ve seen many staff and managers appear and in time move on to other positions, each time it leaves us in anticipation of the quality dropping however this is yet to happen and the new manager is also extremely attentive and welcoming.
We always find the food is high quality and well prepared, and on the rare occasion that we’ve have an issue either Molly or the manager have quickly rectified the issue and improved the mood surrounding it.

We come here every week for date night. The food is great almost every time, if there is ever an issue they are fast to resolve it. Molly is honestly amazing! Recognised us each time we've come in and always served us with a smile!
