Very friendly staff,we were made to feel welcome. The food was delicious and good value for money and the open fire just added an extra bonus. Will definitely be coming back again.
James was great looked after us well, event though we were severely delayed due to traffic. Food was great and decent value, priced about right I'd say. Using the meerkat discount was definitely a bonus!

Visited on a Sunday during the "lunch rush" didn't have a booking but Jim went above and beyond to find a table for me the wife and our dogs. Beer was good, food was of the utmost quality and Jim while busy always had a smile on his face.

The only minor irritant is the availability of car-parking, that sometimes can prove difficult.
