Of all the coffee chains, I find Café Nero to be the most attractive. On this occasion in Solihull, the service was as ever efficient and friendly. I like the sensible cup sizes as well as the design of the cups. The loyalty scheme works very well. I find the coffee to be to my taste.The choice of cakes is more than acceptable, although I would like to see cinnamon buns introduced. The tables were in good order. Obviously, the staff members were ensuring that used crockery was removed quickly. I think that Cafe Nero offers reasonable value for money when compared with other venues

This has become a very regular visit for us. Their hot chocolate is very yummy. I love the special editions they do for Christmas and other festive periods. I do wish they do a more Apple/Cinnamon offering. Also, I would love to see Caffe Nero do a pumpkin spice drink.

The lady that served my made me a beautifully made ,Specialality Caramel latte , with the new Brazilian blend which was lovely 🌹 and exactly what I needed 🧟😌

Went in for a coffee lovely staff very friendly and helpful. It was almost like being abroad with one of the ladies lovely accent. Would definitely recommend
