Good honest food, friendly and welcoming team and comfortable environment. Good value too. The battered fish was crispy and not too oily though not sure if it's a good idea putting the chips under the fish as the condensation made the chips a bit soggy; the bbq ribs was well cooked and moist. Would come back.

Had a great evening at the sharmans tonight. I met an old school friend there.
The staff were great. But one barmaid stood out and always goes the extra mile with the customers. And that jess she's absolutely on the ball. Very efficient and can multi task too. Great asset to a lovely local pub.
