Staff polite even though its was a very busy at the time I went.
They only had seats outside, but that was ok. Rolo cup cake was dry and was that good, lucky I got it for £1.

Came in to buy my children a hot chocolate which was really nice and filled up nicely. Had a lovely chat and a laugh with the staff when it was quiet for a couple of minutes before it got a bit busy. Tables were clean. Also kindly gave my children a sandwich that was going to waste otherwise. So much better service than the one in Acocks Green. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, busy and always queue's at peak times. It's a small location so seating can be difficult to get.

I love Costa and visit all the time, this store I do like a lot because I sit outside and watch people walking by while drinking my coffee .and the service is very good, I do like all the Costa stores and always have to visit one in every place I visit.

Small interior which can feel cramped at times. Not much room to queue inside, so queues are often out the door at busy times. Other than that, same great Costa Coffee and food. But I personally don't dine in often as it feels crowded even when there aren't too many people.

Meet my friend here every now and then . Staff always pleasant but as we sat at a table one of the Male staff came to take away our coffee cups and proceeded to spray and wipe the table before we had left which I felt was quite rude. Maybe someone should point out the tables get cleaned after customers have left- please. Or at least I thought that is what should happen
