Always use Costa over all the others, much nicer coffee. Staff are always very nice and happy
Came in to buy my children a hot chocolate which was really nice and filled up nicely. Had a lovely chat and a laugh with the staff when it was quiet for a couple of minutes before it got a bit busy. Tables were clean. Also kindly gave my children a sandwich that was going to waste otherwise. So much better service than the one in Acocks Green. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.
Staff polite even though its was a very busy at the time I went.
They only had seats outside, but that was ok. Rolo cup cake was dry and was that good, lucky I got it for £1.
Food good, service ok, and always a tidy place to sit and take 10m from shopping.
Great location, busy and always queue's at peak times. It's a small location so seating can be difficult to get.
Touchwood Solihull Costa have Best staff ever! The girls I spoke with are friendly, welcoming and attentive they always appear to be genuinely happy which is lovely to be around. Ive always been welcomed and looked after by the Costa team here its definitely my favourite Costa hands down.
It is nice when people make the extra effort to be kind to everyone and that has been my experience here. Also theres a great outside area to sit in and enjoy the sunshine.
I must go back soon and get the other staff names as they were all amazing but last time I was served by Vicky who made the best hot chocolate ever!
Small interior which can feel cramped at times. Not much room to queue inside, so queues are often out the door at busy times. Other than that, same great Costa Coffee and food. But I personally don't dine in often as it feels crowded even when there aren't too many people.
Meet my friend here every now and then . Staff always pleasant but as we sat at a table one of the Male staff came to take away our coffee cups and proceeded to spray and wipe the table before we had left which I felt was quite rude. Maybe someone should point out the tables get cleaned after customers have left- please. Or at least I thought that is what should happen
We went to Costa during the weekend and it was busy as it was Chinese New year but we still got served quickly and had a table in the Mall to sit at.
The coffee was of a good standard and so was the cake that I had so all good there.

I’ve had coffee at Costa in Touchwood today and wanted to comment on the lady that served us by the name of Trina. She was so nice and friendly and couldn’t do enough to be helpful. What a wonderful employee Costa have. Keep up the great work

I love Costa and visit all the time, this store I do like a lot because I sit outside and watch people walking by while drinking my coffee .and the service is very good, I do like all the Costa stores and always have to visit one in every place I visit.

Costa is our favourite coffee shop. I visit regularly throughout the month with my husband or on my own for coffee dates. We enjoy all the different hot drinks and cakes. Slowly working our way through the deserts! We enjoyed the lemon tart and almond slice this time.
