It is a green king pub, has a beer garden which can be accessed around the back if you are in a wheelchair. There are a few vegetarian options on the menu. I like the fact it has the calories noted for each meal as I need to be mindful with pre diabetes. They have a few real ales on tap. It was reasonably quiet when we went on a Monday evening so easy to get a table.

The Wharf Tavern is an excellent place to get a nice cold beer from, the staff are really nice and friendly too. I've left 4 stars because we only had a drink and not a meal. The food smelt and looked extremely nice, so we will definitely visit again but next time we'll have a meal (and update accordingly). Thank you...
