Handmade Burger Co

Visited for the first time for a quiet lunch. The place seemed clean, calm and relaxed. The food we ordered was very well presented, very filling and tasted amazing. We got served by Jason who was really helpful, friendly and offered us help with the food allergy menu. The only downfall was we noticed another member of staff a young lady with ginger hair not being very productive or professional just hanging around messing on her phone while another set of customers had turned up. Jason kindly sorted those ladies after us & had also offered help to another couple passing by who looked at the menus.

We were eager to come back once we had heard it had reopened, still an exiting and enjoyable atmosphere, we came here for our anniversary and had a really lovely and enjoyable time. The prices were great for two students and the staff is helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay at the restaurant. We will 1000% be coming back.

Lovely welcoming staff, great range of burgers on offer. We had a bit of an issue, as went here before going to see a film next door at Cineworld. There was a kitchen issue, which meant a delay so our food was only going to arrive a short time before the film started. The staff were apologetic, explained the issue, and did all that they could to put this right. Mistakes happen, and their customer service was perfect in resolving this. We will definitely return for a more leisurely eaten burger!

This place has the best burgers I have ever tried. Not too expensive, takes DDS (military discount) and has lovely service. Would reccomend to any meat lover and even the veggies since I believe that there are veggie burgers (don't quote me on that I'm not 100% sure) but never the less I would 100% reccomend this place for a good lunch.
