Greggs

On Saturday I was in Greggs (Hobs Moat) waiting in the queue to be served, when a man at the front was being very rude to the staff. He was asking for a particular way for his bacon to be cooked. I felt really bad for the lady serving him, as it wasn't very nice and at one point I nearly said something to him. The shop was very busy and he was just being dam right awkward. Just want to say well done, fair play to that lovely blonde woman for not loosing it with him, she did better than I would have. Hate seeing people talking down to others especially when they are just trying to do their best. Love Greggs and this shop is my regular stop off, so carry on doing what you're doing, you are doing a great job!

This store is run very professionally and this is down to, not only the manager but also the staff team who work to a high standard with the support of her. I have visited Greggs on many occasions and this shop is nothing other than lovely and the manager is some what helpful at all times. Having a bad work experience should not be a reason to disrespect someone of a high level wanting only the best for the shop and Greggs.
