I eat here regularly with a friend, and have done so for 10 years and have never had a bad meal. I've always had good service, and have often found something to my liking on the menu. However, the only reason this isn't a 5 star review, is the lack of veggie options on the menu. My mate is a veggie, and we often have to find other places to go as the weekly menu regularly doesn't have any/sufficient veggie options, which is a real shame. Turtley could do better with this, provide 2 or 3 veggie main meal options frequently and we'd certainly visit more frequently than we already do!

I've dined many times at the TC Mill and always go back for more. The service is always good and you're greeted with a friendly welcome. The dining area is spacious, light and well designed. It has the feel of a restaurant rather than a pub. Food is served quickly and the prices are fair. Standards are consistent. Why not 5 stars? Well, the menu isn't the most imaginative (although better than most of the competition locally) and doesn't change often, if at all as far as I can tell. But the foods looks attractive on the plate and the Mill is always busy. They've a good sized garden with peacocks strolling around and sitting on the roof. Plenty of parking.

Good food however quiet pricey. We originally wanted to have a roast but sadly we couldn't as we were seating outside however we could order anything a part from a roast outside. We didn't quiet understand the logic behind bringing a plate of roast or a plate of hot Pork Ribs outside.... anyway! Weather was lovely hence the reason we wanted to enjoy the outdoors. We order something else it was nice but the Salmon and Couscous dish was sooo blend. Absolutely no taste whatsoever for that price its disappointing. Ribs were good. Our kids food was good. The surrounding of the Pub is really lovely! We will be back to try that roast inside!!

Myself and some family came here for dinner a few weeks ago and it was terrific. The staff are so friendly. The quality of the food and drinks is high and the atmosphere is very cosy. We don’t live close but if we did we would certainly be visiting more often! Highly recommend the restaurant to others!

Lovely lunch today with family. First time back for several years since moving from area. Excellent food and service. Prices reasonable. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens to wander in after eating. Fantastic location just off A38. Thank you

We had a large party as we were meeting family. The service was great after a warm welcome. There was loads of room to roam outside and my son enjoyed searching for peacock feathers. The food was really good and we all left feeling really happy with the visit.

Arranged to meet friends here for lunch. Lovely location, quiet. Old corn mill with a water wheel. Shown to our table and given menu's, once ready food ordered with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was no rush. Food was delicious and the cakes were amazing. Worth the money. Definitely go again and will recommend to family and friends.

Had 3 course dinner for four, including drinks. Came to £168. But very well worth it. Lots of parking and outside areas, including a lake tour are invited to wandercaround + giant chess board. The menu is varied and we all had different items. But we were united in our enjoyment of the food, the service from the waiters ad the overall ambience. Thoroughly recommended!!

We had an excellent meal in lovely surroundings. Prices and quality very good and the menu has something for everyone. Thes taff were friendly and hospitable. Only downside is that it is a cashless site. Ideally located just off the A38 at the South Brent/Avonwick turn off. Did not stay overnight.

The most lovely setting to enjoy some really yummy food in the outside seating area! We were also welcomed by the chickens and peacocks whilst we ate and such a lovely atmosphere in the sunshine. The food was superb and the portions just right. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, after a long trip this was just what we needed, perfect 👌🏻
