I was here today, an old man took my drink when it was made. The staff were so apologetic! It wasn't their fault, they remade my drink and brought it to my table, they then even refunded me which was really nice of them. They didn't have to do that. This service is why I would choose costa over Starbucks any day. The guys working at the east Midlands outlet deserve some recognition!!!

The vegi vegan sausage cobs not much difference in package from normal sausage cob.ended up buying vegi not realising after paying didn't enjoy it.but overall a clean friendly relaxed shop.will return,check the label.

Had a really nice bubble frappe and popcorn cake as well as one of the pretty spring mugs. The batista was really friendly and got my order together really quick

Great stop-off point while shopping. The barista was lovely during our visit; very friendly. I also thoroughly enjoyed the drink. Only reason for 4 stars was because the rim was chipped quite badly on one of the glasses - which could have been a problem if we hadn't have spotted it prior to drinking.

Nice coffee shop and a very good place to rest your shopping feet after visiting the array of shops.. Food is available and there is usually a deal to be had if you use the Costa app.
Friendly and efficient staff get you your beverage of choice and you are sat down on a comfortable seat in no time at all.

In January 2023 I bought what I believed to be a insulated reusable cup from this branch, I discovered it wasn't actually insulated and wouldn't keep a drink hot for any more than an hour which really disappointed me.
Because I don't live local, today was the soonest I could return to this store to see about a refund / exchange.
The staff were lovely, explained that the plastic lined reusable cups are not insulated and kindly gave me a replacement.
