I got 2 mixed kebab starters, chicken tikka massala, chicken madras, keema pilau rice, pilau rice, keema naan and paid extra for spicy halloumi fries. Food was amazing, tastiest curry we've had in a long time and the halloumi fries were lush. Staff are very polite too. Would definitely recommend Spice Central to my family and friends. I only leave a review after the second time to see if they're consistent. Twice now our meal has been excellent and not just to say without fault, I mean excellent! An Indian friend of mine once cooked for me and this place was as good as that was, no oil floating on top, excellent flavour and quality meat. I've tried most in Shields and had decent ones in the past but lately I haven't been impressed by any except this one. Delivery was quick on both occasions, the food was lovely and none of us had bad guts in the morning! If, like others, it falls short of the mark in the future, I will write a different review.

On many occasions I have had excellent tasting curry with pilau rice which is usually delivered fairly promptly. Sometimes I do find its quality varies, however, and whenever I have ordered nan bread it always arrives practically cold unfortunately. It would be appreciated if the minimum order charge for delivery eligibility was lowered so it isn't necessary to buy unwanted items of food.
First time we have ordered from here and definitely won't be the last. I had lamb bhuna and my wife had chicken balti both with mushroom pilaf rice. Very tasty and arrived within 40 minutes of ordering. Best onion bhajis I have had in a while as well... Thank you
Best food Ive had from here, fresh hot & tasty! The Halloumi fries are a must & the Rice box is delicious. Would not order from anywhere else! 10 out of 10 every time. BEAUTIFUL FOOD at a great price.

Every time I come back home to visit family, I have to stop by here for a curry. Being from Shields, I've tried many curry houses over the years, but I have to say I'm very impressed with the food and service that I receive from Spice Central. Very tasty, thanks.
