Nice surroundings, could do with more space. Very eclectic mix of people on when we went, staff knew regulars by there names. Friendly 🙂

I've only been twice to this Costa. I must give a mention to the lad running the premises. He was friendly & welcoming to every customer as they arrived. He ensured they had a cleaned table and safe area to sit. He worked tirelessly & efficiently, organising the staff whilst chatting and attending to new and seated customers. Unfortunately 2 women were displeased at being 'told' where to sit and complained. Not once did the lad lose his courteous, kind demeanour. I have worked in customer facing and sales industries. Its nice to see some places making sure customer service is their number 1 priority.

This was our first time out in 4 months. Felt very relaxed and safe. The gentleman on shift was ushering to the correct table after he cleaned and kept everyone safe and distanced In the queue. All in all made our experience an enjoyable one. 😷
