Amazing food as always just tried the mexican pizza and it was absouletly lovely š

This is their new 2000th store inside the new metro/bus station in South Shields.
They have the usual large range of hot & cold sandwiches, soup, pasties, pizza and pies, hot and cold drinks and lots of sweet treats.
Shop is quite large with plenty of seating and toilets and it's open late even on Sundays.
Staff are very friendly and helpful š

Very nice shop, but everytime Iāve been thereās been fresh bakes come out of ovenā¦..but the staff member chooses to give the older ones that are stone cold /: Donāt understand why?
Greggs in King Street. South Shields is a great place. You can choose from a range of sandwiches and cakes with coffee, tea and soft drinks. You can eat in or take away.
We always enjoy a coffee there in south shields next to specsavers the staff are pleasant n very accommodating n no our order the only thing missing from the shop n shops are a canopy outside for the bad weather as I enjoy sitting outside

We both enjoyed a lovely cup of tea. And a delicious cake. One of the nicest cups of tea around.
I've been here multiple times and it's amazing!!
