Great place to come with family or friends for a nice dinner. Food is just great and so is the atmosphere. Although food has fallen off by a small fraction over the years it still taste just as good. Always have managed to impress me.
I've been going for years. One of the best tandoori chickens and grilled food I've had. The restaurant has been running for a long time and the waiters are experienced and been there for a while too.
The cleaning should be improved though. Not just the general restaurant area but toilets etc.

Tawa keema and peshwari naan were completely exceptional. Peshwari naan was dusted and blended with the typical sweet accoutrements rather than just a filling and the tawa keema was juicy and teeming. Similarly the bhaji and yoghurt were standout.

Had a family dinner there. Lovely place with great ambience and really tasty food at a very reasonable price. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. You really feel at home. My family have been going here since before I was born, and it never fails to disappoint. The saag and lamb chops are the highlights for me, but everything is delicious. I can safely say it is the best Indian restaurant I have been to in London. It can get very busy so it's worth arriving early-ish

I asked the host (of Pakistan heritage) to order for me. My only requests were for lamb chops (for which Gifto's is renowned) and make everything else 'authentic'. Turns out that authentic meant great roti and no rice.

Service is very fast and food on the whole is very good. The lamb curry on the bone, seekh kebabs and tandoori chicken were all beautifully cooked and flavoured. Tasted amazing! The butter naan was also great. The lamb samosas and pakoras could have been spiced more and were a little bland for me.

Very centrally located. The service and food quality was excellent. But i didn't like the seating arrangement, felt a bit cramped up. Apart from that the food is authentic and value for money. I can highly recommend this place.
