Amazing food..
Do try; Desi Murgh, Tandoori Roti, Dal Tarka.
Often preferred place for drinks with pool table in backyard.
Much better to be here than anywhere else in North west London for Indian Cuisine.
Where do I start
- Amazing starters and mains
- Amazing service
- super kid friendly, my little one cannot handle spices so the chef made something specially for her. Let's just say loved it to the extent at bedtime she was like when we going back .
Full Marks all day long !!
An ex Southall boy returning to his roots for a day wouldn’t be complete without a mixed grill at the Prince of Wales. It was like I’d never been away, the aromatic smell on our approach and a great friendly atmosphere accompanied by a genuine warm welcome from the team. I brought along some family members and they were not disappointed and commented that it was a 10/10 for the food. No doubt there will be many a return visit for them too.
Fab in many areas, the service was perfect, they have a good selection of nice lagers, they're not so strong on beers and ales, but maybe little demand for them. The food was nice, well cooked and served quickly.
Prices were reasonable but I did wish a few veg had been served with two of the meals. Just serving meat alone or rice is a bit meh.
Otherwise great, would recommend.
Nice food, met an old friend for dinner. Also had thumbs up in stock - proper blast from the past! Would go back there.
One of the best Chicken Grill Platter I ever had . Taste was very good . Will definitely go again their for their food . Biryani was ok .
Excellent and quick service good authentic indian food
Can’t beat a mixed grill from here, so good! We ordered 2 mixed grills with masala chips, garlic naans and a chicken bhuna. They have some of the best mixed grills and I’ve tried a lot! The masala chips are a personal favourite as well, this is a local staple and a must visit. I would highly recommend, good atmosphere and a nice local. Also a good selection of beers and they show the football with plenty of seating around.
Lovely grub.. we got the mixed grill, Darhl Makni and Lamb curry.. delicious taste and no deli belly the next morning.. friendly staff as well especially the white guy.. funny well liked lad.. should have got his name..
On initial view this is a very basic pub. However, the lamb chops are juicy, with an Indian spice mix that is not too spicy with extra garlic coming through. The lamb is tender and the fat cooked to perfection with bits that are charred from the tandoor. My cousin recommended this place just for that. However, also had the Chicken Bhuna and Nan as recommended by the barman. The former had a great tomatoe sauce again with the right amount of Indian spice - absolutely delicious. The latter was thin and soft just how it should be, so you are not getting full on the bread. Highly recommend this place for the lads.
Taste is great, dont get enough chicken in the butter chicken 5 small pieces, for that reason for the 4 stars. Lamb keema veey tasty & kerry the bar maid bery friendly
